Guardian Ad Litem

Nichole works with the Office of the Child's Representative on a contract basis to provide representation to children as Guardian Ad Litem and Counsel For Youth.  In this capacity she acts as legal counsel and voice for the best interests or express interest of the child, depending on their age and the case type. Nichole represents children in Dependency and Neglect, Juvenile Delinquency, Divorce, Adoption, and other miscellaneous cases requiring best interest representation.
